Here's my story of meeting Paul at the Virgin
Megasore... I waited on line since Sunday
morning 8am with my husband, we were #55
& #56 on line... (Some of the people
on line spend 2 nights in Times Sq.) It was
second time I waited overnight to meet Paul
and 3rd time for my husband. This time, it
was much harder due to the rain... we were
all wet and cold, even though we were prepared
w/rain gear and blankets.

On 8am Monday morning, the store opened for
us, we were let inside to buy
DVD and CD.
The wristband was given at the
time of purchase.
Then we were told to wait downstairs
where
the DVD section is...
Around noon, Paul arrived, walking down the
escalator to the table... people were screaming!!
Unlike other signing events, we were allowed
to take photos while waiting.

Then, my turn came...
First I thanked him and shook his hand. Then
I told him that I'm playing bass because
of him... Paul said: "That's great!
Are you getting good at it?" I said
yes.... then he asked me what kind of bass
I have. I told him I have a Hofner copy...
then he said: "Oh, like mine!"
I shook his hand again in the end. I was
SOOOO overwhelmed...
couldn't believe I was actually making conversation
with Sir Paul!!! He was so nice!! (By Naomi
